TRIPLE-TRAIN CONFIGURATION FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION: HEATLESS AIR DRYERS FOR LNG PROJECT

New month, new achievement! Let’s have a look at the latest Sinergia project, composed of no. 3 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬-𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬, custom-designed for one of the most significant LNG projects in Central Africa.

This supply represents the perfect scenario of our ability to respond to complex engineering challenges. Operating in critical contexts, characterized by high ambient humidity (with averages close to 90%) and in a marine atmosphere, imposed a detailed selection of materials and a durability-oriented design:

✅ Stainless steel construction: To guarantee structural integrity against corrosion, the main components, including the Drying Towers, the filtration systems for the removal of particulate and rust, and the valve enclosures, are made entirely of Stainless Steel 304, over-protected by special painting.

✅ 3 x 50% Configuration: A design choice that ensures a total flow rate of 13,000 Nm³/h @ 7 barg, guaranteeing a stand-by train always ready to support the alternating workloads and to preserve the efficiency of the adsorbent materials (Activated Alumina + Molecular Sieve).

Although the packages are ready for shipment, we are already looking forward to the final phase: the commissioning by our on-field technicians, a moment that marks the true success of each of our projects.
