Sinergia strengthens its commitment to ethics, sustainability, and the enhancement of people by obtaining the SA8000:2014 certification, the international standard dedicated to social accountability and workplace quality.
This important recognition, issued by Social Accountability International, confirms the company’s focus on workers’ rights, health and safety, inclusion, and the prevention of all forms of discrimination and exploitation. Supporting this journey is the Social Performance Team, made up of employees and management members, which continuously monitors compliance with SA8000 standards and promotes a transparent, safe, and respectful working environment.
