AIR DRYER PACKAGE FOR ADNOC LNG PROJECT

Our reference list with ADNOC continues to grow!

Sinergia has been selected to supply the complete instrument air drying package for an LNG export facility set to become the first in the region powered by clean energy, positioning it among the world’s lowest carbon-intensity LNG plants.

The scope includes two operating heatless air dryers with one additional emergency drying unit, for a single train capacity of approximately 6000 Nm³/h at around 10 Barg discharge pressure.  What once again made the difference was Sinergia capability to successfully meet ADNOC’s demanding technical specifications while adapting the design to the project’s challenging installation conditions, including marine and saline atmosphere exposure.

The package is moreover supplied in compliance with ASME VIII Div.1 latest edition, including U Stamp and National Board Registration for all pressure equipment (Drying towers. Filters), as well as EN 10204 Type 3.2 certification requirements.

The excellent technical alignment established from the early stages of the project, together with the quality of execution delivered by our team, also led to the additional inclusion in Sinergia scope of the emergency dryer skid, completed with wet air receiver.
