New month means new package ready for delivery!

Once again, we are proud to supply one of our primary markets: Algeria, delivering an engineered solution for a Sonatrach project!

The scope of supply represents Sinergia’s  core expertise: a fully custom-engineered Instrument Air Package, consisting of:

✅3 x 50% Water-Cooled Oil-Free Screw Compressors, entirely designed and manufactured in-house in full compliance with stringent local ARH regulations, where Sinergia holds a long-standing track record and proven compliance with technical requirements.

✅2 x 100% Heatless Air Dryers, delivering a process instrument air flow of 2,200 Nm³/h at a discharge pressure of 9 bar(g). The piping (built to “Sinergia Standard Class”) is mounted on the same skid, which was fabricated and painted in-house according to project specifications to ensure full skid redundancy.

The complete system, which will serve utilities for a new Alkylbenzene production plant, is controlled by a Unit Control Panel (UCP) also manufactured by Sinergia and equipped with 5 seal signals.

This project further strengthens Sinergia’s presence in the Algerian market, supporting the Country’s national oil company. As an approved vendor, Sinergia continues to provide fully integrated solutions for compressed air and nitrogen generation & treatment.
