Last October 14th, our CEO, Ms Norma Scandella, proudly attended the awards ceremony for the “Sustainability Award,” promoted by KON Group & Forbes Italia, at the Milan Stock Exchange.
This award recognises Italian companies that actively promote the sustainability process, effectively translating the UN’s global goals into tangible European action through rigorous, objective evaluation. Sinergia has been an active participant for four consecutive editions, meticulously responding to an increasingly detailed questionnaire and providing a substantial volume of corporate data related to our 2030 sustainability objectives.
Out of approximately 500 monitored companies, Sinergia consistently ranked among the TOP 100 most sustainable companies. This year, we achieved a significant milestone by securing the “Gold Medal” in the “TOP 100 – ESG EXCELLENCE SOCIAL < 250” category (for companies with a turnover below 250 Million €). This recognition deserves our commitment to the most distinct social aspects of ESG, including the care and safety of our personnel, the enhancement of human capital, support for local community growth, and, last but not least, ensuring consistently high standards of quality for our products and services.

This significant commitment is reflected not only in our high ranking across other essential categories, such as TOP 100 – EXCELLENCE, TOP 75 – PERFORMANCE, TOP 75 – FINANCE, and TOP 75 INNOVATION, but also in every investment and policy choice we make. This sustained journey is creating a measurable impact, offering a distinct competitive advantage. Moving forward, the coherence of our value proposition, including a supply chain built on similarly sustainable partners, will allow our proposal to meet the new, stringent criteria for environmental safeguarding and labour ethics.
