CONTRIBUTING TO “STRATEGIC” PROJECTS MEANS TAKING ON GREAT RESPONSIBILITIES!

We are proud to further strengthen our presence with ADNOC Group, this time by participating in a truly strategic infrastructure project: the construction of a critical pipeline designed to secure crude oil export routes by-passing the Strait of Hormuz.

As a first milestone, Sinergia has supplied the complete Nitrogen Generation System. The supply consists of n.4 specialized Membrane Skids destined for different locations along the pipeline, each featuring a capacity of approximately 100 Nm³/h with an adjustable purity starting from >98%, to satisfy all the demand of inert gas under required parameters for the pipeline’s operation.

Engineered for a 30-year lifetime, each package is endowed of Evonik advanced SEPURAN® membrane technology. This long-term reliability is guaranteed despite the extreme and critical installation conditions: a harsh, salt-laden, dusty desert environment with ambient temperatures reaching up to +58°C.

To guarantee optimal performance in all operating conditions, the package is equipped with an integrated heater managed by a dedicated thyristor control panel. This solution ensures a constant inlet temperature despite significant seasonal variations in ambient conditions.

And this is only the first chapter: Soon, we will be showcasing the Instrument Air Package, another essential element of our turnkey supply, as our team moves closer to the installation phase on site.
