Innovation
The innovation strategy sees us constantly improving in the most advanced segments of technology.
- Few years ago we have just specialized in high performance drawing to meet the growing demand from customers for 3D simulation and for modelling applications.
- Last year we have included a new software for thermodynamic sizing of heat exchangers
- We are currently working on different levels, to optimize the stress analysis study for pipes, to develop and launch on the market advanced oxygen generators, smart type dryers, and other new products on the edge of technology.
We believe in constant innovation and this is projecting our small reality into a European and global dimension.
Youth
We want to maintain the average age of all our employees around 30 years old, with a dedicated and tailor-made training program and a considerable investment of financial resources.
Believe in young people means providing them a perspective of stability, which is often threatened by the flexibility and precariousness of modern days, and having back their loyalty, gratitude and their strong desire to grow.
Maybe it would be easier and immediate to hire experienced people. We know it. Nevertheless, we believe in making our youngest learning from our oldest.
We believe in growing up together.
Quality
And last but not least, we pursue quality and excellence every single day in all our activities.
Quality has proved to be a key factor to make the difference in the air treatment and compression ocean, helping us to strengthen the relations (ships) with our customers.
