Sinergia, thanks to its capability and punctuality in delivery became one of the significant “ring” of Tecnimont supply chain
One of the most significant technical challenge led by Sinergia is the Amursky Project (EPC: Tecnimont – End User: Gazprom).
We supplied, for Siberia installation, an integrated system for the production of instrument air having -70°C pressure dew point.
Designed for -52/+40°C ambient temperatures, it is composed of a series of packages hydraulically and electrically interconnected:
- One start-up compressor
- Three API 672 centrifugal air compressors endowed of intake filters
- API 661 water/air coolers and air/air aftercoolers
- Condensate separators
- Three heat and blower air dryers with post filters
- Two air boosters
- Water pumping station
- Metering station
- Master control panel
The scope of supply for this project included also:
- Overall detailed engineering inclusive of mechanical and electrical interconnection of each package.
- EAC certification.
- Packing
- Site supervision for installation and commissioning.
Despite the unexpected impact that COVID 19 pandemic has had in occurring shortage of materials, delays in deliveries, order cancellation from suppliers due to force majeure, Sinergia was the only Tecnimont supplier able to perform, in advance of the due date, the delivery of the goods at site after inspection performed with zero non-conformities. For this reason Tecnimont awarded to Sinergia the price of BEST PACKAGER Of 2020.
Sinergia and all its team is especially proud of this achievement, that recognize the identity and the fighting attitude of a people dramatically hit by COVID during the 2020.
