Sinergia has adopted the Organizational, Management and Control Model.
On the 19th of October 2021, Sinergia has adopted the Organizational, Management and Control Model according to Legislative Decree No. 231/01. This document aims to reduce the risks of crimes committing, in the interest or the advantage of the Company and to prevent the administrative liability of the Company which is related to such crimes.
Sinergia since its establishment has given the utmost priority to ethical standards and compliance with laws, hence the adoption of this facultative Model and the appointment of the related Supervisory Board, with the creation of dedicated whistleblowing channels, represent an further relevant milestone of its history.
The Model also integrates with the already in-force quality, health, safety and environment management system (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001), building an even stronger corporate governance.
The 231 Model, to reach its scopes, has to be effective and alive inside and outside the Company, and must be effectively applied and implemented not only by Sinergia personnel, but also by any individual, Company or other entity that enters in contact with Sinergia, without exceptions.
