Sinergia has a Service Department that takes over all the projects once the goods are delivered from our factory to site.
Nevertheless, its people participate in the main phases of project development in order to give advice about the better way to manage and ease all future site activities. The service department is in charge of the following:
Performs site supervision to installation; pre-commissioning; commissioning; start-up of the packages and integrated systems.
During the execution of a project and after sales it manages commissioning, start-up, 1-2 year operation and capital spare parts. Later on, it manages all the spare parts requests coming from our customers.
It is the contact point for all the site assistance any client may need. Based on the requests and on the type of intervention, service may operate through remote support thanks to an international network of local companies or through direct site assistance with skilled technicians.
Furthermore, it is in charge of all training activities required by the customer.
This may be performed at factory or directly onsite and the schedule is prepared each time on dedicated bases, depending on the project. Service technicians are trained to operate in any condition, even off-shore thank to OPITO certificate.
